At The Disability Guys Pennsylvania, we put our clients first. Our greatest asset is the ability to treat each client as an individual. Each client has unique needs. Our success depends upon understanding those needs and achieving a successful resolution of the unique legal problems faced by each client.
Our goal is client satisfaction. Our clients are the key. Without clients, there is no The Disability Guys Pennsylvania. In fact, hundreds of new clients have been referred to my offices by existing clients, demonstrating our high level of client satisfaction.
No case is ever treated as “just another file” and each client receives the utmost of professional services.
We have always been committed to using the most advanced technology available to serve our clients. However, we have insisted on striking the balance between technology and personal contact.
Our computer system allows us to be better communicators with clients about the status of each case. It allows us to offer prompt written communication. It provides for historical information on insurance company and adjuster behavior and patterns.
We are able to utilize e-mail for communications. We are able to implement litigation support throughout the computer system. However, we never let computers do the thinking for us. We only use the computers when it improves the services we can offer to you.
We return calls and encourage client-attorney meetings. It is our office policy to return every client call the first time and within the same business day that the call is received. If for any reason you have difficulty reaching one of our attorneys, we encourage you to immediately schedule an appointment and come to the office.

As part of helping workers’ and their families, I have also been active in teaching continuing legal education courses to other attorneys, provide free seminars and webinars to the public on how to protect their rights, and I am active in various organizations such as the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group.”
