They're an Oregon-based miniature orchestra which was founded in 1994 by a classically trained pianist named Thomas M. Lauderdale. They specialize in political fundraisers for causes like civil rights, environmental concerns, affordable housing, and public broadcasting. What initially started as a group of 4 has grown to 12, and the group has gained international acclaim after playing venues in Europe, Asia, Lebanon, Turkey, Canada, and the United States.

A meatball machine is keeping the crowds away this year, so George tries to get the Chef's Meatballs into Rome's world-famous Golden Meatball Contest.
